Plusnet are proud to have been voted joint second in the ‘Best overall ISP’ section of this years PC Advisor Reader Awards.

We’ve also picked up a Recommended badge for ‘Best broadband deal’ section where we tied second place.

We've been shortlisted in the Best ISP category in the PC Pro Awards. The results are compiled from the UK's largest independent survey of IT customer satisfaction, so we're always happy to be involved.

PlusNet received the top award with an 86% overall rating. This award was voted for by the readers of Computer Shopper, the most popular PC magazine in UK stores.

Particularly high marks were awarded to PlusNet for its good-value prices and easy setup.

Yougov surveyed 16,000 broadband users and overall satisfaction was high — 92% of Plusnet customers are generally happy with their provider and the service they get.
